Warranty Information:
If you aren’t happy with your ring for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full refund, a different ring, or a different size! – Men’s Ring Store Satisfaction Guarantee
Ring Size Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy with your ring size, please contact Men's Ring Store for a return authorization.
Triton Collection Policy: Within the first 30 days following the purchase of your Triton Collection ring, there will be a $25.00 fee on all returned rings for size exchanges. Once you have received a return authorization and paid the $25.00, send us your ring prepaid to the address above. We will then process your ring exchange within 10 days and return it to you prepaid. If you need a different size Triton Collection ring after the 30-day period, the fee is $39.95 and the same procedures are followed. Please contact us if you have any questions. Most Triton Collection rings are available in full and half sizes.
Cambridge Collection Policy: Within the first 30 days following the purchase of your Cambridge Collection ring, there is no fee for returned rings for size exchanges. However, please contact us first for a return authorization and shipping arrangements. If you need a different size Cambridge Collection ring after the 30 day period, the fee is $25.00. Please contact us if you have any questions. Most Cambridge Collection rings are available in full sizes only.

Ring Lifetime Warranty Policy:
At Men’s Ring Store, we purchase wedding rings that are designed, crafted and made from materials to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment! If you take care of your ring, if you clean it and treat it with respect and do not abuse it, it should be the only wedding ring you need to purchase. Over time, all rings will show wear, including small scratches – this is to be expected. But when treated as noted above, your Men’s Ring Store ring should not break. If it does, contact us - you may send an email to ringsales@live.com or call 801-755-1989. We will replace it with a ring of equal or lesser value.
This warranty does not apply to stones – whether CZ or precious. Damage or loss of stones might be covered under your homeowner’s policy. And of course we cannot be held responsible for any abuse to your Men’s Ring Store wedding ring.
The lifetime warranty is considered void if there is evidence of mistreatment or abuse of your ring.
Shipping Information:
We understand you want your ring now! Under normal circumstances, we process your order in 1-3 business days. Following processing, we then ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and we always ship FREE to our customers! From the day you order your ring, you should receive it within 3-7 business days.
Our goal is to have ALL rings in stock at ALL times thus ensuring a timely shipment of your ring – if for some reason we are out of stock on a particular ring that you have ordered – we will contact you immediately. That is how we would want to be treated!
International shipping is also available for $25.00 (5-10 business days).
Taxes and Duties are the responsibilities of the buyer (International orders only).
All packages shipped by Men’s Ring Store will include a tracking number for your convenience. You will also receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped. Men’s Ring Store reserves the right to void or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent activities will be reported to the proper authorities.
