MSRP:

MSRP stands for "Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price" and as the name implies it is the retail or selling price established by the maker of the ring. Most retail stores (called brick and mortar stores) sell products at or near MSRP. Why? Because they have very high overhead costs due to rent, advertising, insurance, employees, and signage. At Mens Ring Store we have a very small overhead and can therefore sell for less ... at substantial discounts off MSRP.

Ring Size Exchange and Return Policy:
 

If you are not satisfied with your ring size, please contact Mens Ring Store (see “Contact Us” at the top of this page). We will authorize the exchange and begin the process for making sure you receive the size you desire. There is a $17.50 fee associated with ring size exchanges which includes costs associated with shipping/handling a brand new ring back to you (plus international shipping if applicable).

Other than the $17.50 sizing fee mentioned above, there will be no additional restocking fee within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the ring sizing fee is $35.00.

Most of our selections are available in full and half sizes.

Please note: some bands made with precious metals (gold, platinum and palladium) are best resized at a local jewelry store in that there might be substantial increases in costs associated with the ever increasing prices for these precious metals. Please contact a member of our sales team if you have questions.

If you are not satisfied with your Mens Ring Store product, return it within 30 days for a free exchange or a full refund less any expedited shipping if applicable.

Lifetime Warranty Policy:

All mensringstore.com rings carry a lifetime warranty. Please be aware that all rings will eventually show wear and tear.

However, should your ring become defective due to the manufacturing process - this covers ALL manufacturing defects even those resulting in the loss of gemstones - we will repair or replace your ring for $35.00 during the first 12 months. After 12 months we will repair or replace your ring for $70.00 (includes shipping/handling).

Items altered or abused are not covered under the lifetime warranty or return/exchange policy.

Diamond Quality.

Every diamond in your ring has been carefully and individually inspected for specific standards of cut, color and clarity. Each stone is precisely graded and matched with other stones where used in the ring.

Gem color is I (Good, White, Fiery) with clarity of i1-i2.

Shipping Information:

Under normal circumstances, we will process your order in 1 business day. We offer 4 options for shipping within the United States and International:

1. First Class Mail - Free. United States First Class Postal Service. From the day you order your ring, you should receive it within 7-10 days in the U.S. and 15-23 days in Canada.

2. Expedited Priority Mail - $20.00. In most cases you will receive your priority shipment within 3-4 days in the U.S only.

3. FedEx - $30.00. In most cases you will receive your shipment within 2 days - U.S only.

4. International Express - $40.00 - In most cases you will receive your shipment within 7-10 days International. Safest, fastest, trackable for international shipping!

General Shipping Information:

Our goal is to have ALL rings in stock at ALL times thus ensuring a timely shipment of your ring – if for some reason we are out of stock on your ring – we will contact you immediately.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the international buyer. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to international customs.
